Hi everyone

I am seeking your assistance in the above.

I have been asked to put together a short course (max 4 hours / half a day) on the role and responsibilities of our team leaders and supervisors. I will be using the information within the companies H&S policy / procedure manual, will also be adding in the average penalty for breaches of HASWA Sections 7, 36 and 37.
Will also be showing a couple of short videos on management system failings.

Obviously I do not want to bore them rigid for 2 hours with legals.

Has anyone any ideas, web sites to lighten up this particular subject, whilst at the same time ensuring that the subject matter is not lost, and I am covering everything.

Alternatively, if anyone already has a presentation on the topic, I would be most grateful if a copy where to be made available.

To all those that reply, thanks in advance.

Darren,

I am also preparing to cover a similar presentation. However mine is a simple 1hr(ish) specific "what we require of you as Supervisors", etc. rather than general H&S.
To make it interesting for them I am putting in photos of the workplace (bad practices I want to see improved upon and good practices, etc.). This way it is something they can recognise and relate to and you can pose questions to them about specific situations.
