If not I am afraid to say that the role you are attempting to perform is way beyond your personal competency. The 2007 revisions will place both yourself and your company in serious risk of regulatory breach unless there is additional skills and competency available to you that is not mentioned in your posting. In your original post on this thread you said from foundation which i thought meant superstructure not substructure. Let me know what you need and I will see if Ive got anything useful. Generally if a method statement reads logically and is considerate to associated risks of the operation and any environmental considerations, etc its usually OK. If unsure discuss it with the person doing it prior to signing it off.
