Posted By skooter1 Hi gents/ladies
Just after a few ideas. I have the basics of storage for Co2 but I am just wondering if I have left anything out.
Ok here we go: I know it has to be stored in a cage. I know the cage should be in an area away from any heat, or ignition sources. I know it has to have the correct signage on. The bottles need to be chained they also can not be stored with any other type of gas etc... The cage has to be lock able.
Anything else I have missed?
Many thanks
Scott.

Posted By MT Have you thought about contacting the local fire and rescue service to make them aware of the existence of the store and its location?

Posted By Kevin Drew skooter1,
Whether or not you can store other gases alongside depends largely on what the other gases are. There is a wealth of information on the storage of gas bottles in the British Compressed Gases Association guidance note GN2.
Good luck
Kevin
