Gwahir,

Noise risk assessments should not be based on a particular form. The risk from noise is determined by the noise dose each person is exposed to during the day. This can only be determined by undertaking a noise survey and, if required, personal dose measurements. If you are unfamiliar with how to undertake even a basic survey, engage a specialist.
