Going mad with the WAH Regulations like me?

I'm looking for a method statement and risk assessment for changing lightbulbs in an office, can anyone out there help?

There are devices that allow you to change a lightbulb (apparently even fluorescents) at height without leaving the ground. Try looking at Ungerglobal via Google and go to the section an adapters. (Note that every time I did this it came up with the German version although I had specified English. If it does this with you Gluhbirne is what you are looking for.)

Thanks Chris, do you know if these tools work with energy efficient bulbs or just the normal bulbs?
