Posted By Stephen Bowdler Gav, I previously worked as a safety manager for a large plastics manufacturer and was tasked with implementing PUWER asssessments for the plant. I have developed two, one for minor equipment and one for complexed equipment. I will e-mail them to you if you wish. Steve B
