Posted By Alan Hoskins If you are referring to the HSE publication, Allan, I ordered it from HSE Books a few weeks ago but was told today they had not yet received any. Said they 'should' be with them by the end of this month, but that's tomorrow! Alan

Posted By JEB The HSE ACOP was apparently published yesterday 27th February Try L144 Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM) ISBN 9780717662234 on the HSE Book web site - £15. However the industry guidance is a different matter and no date has been stated for its publication.

Posted By JEB Quote from the HSE web site "CONIAC’s CDM Guidance Working Group meets regularly to co-ordinate production of the industry-produced guidance. It is hoped to have the guidance available early in the New Year." Not quite sure how early in the new year they mean, presuming they mean 2007

Posted By Michael Battman Industry guidance will be freely available on the CITB Construction Skills website. According to Kevin Fear who is co-ordinating it, the target date is still early April, although everything needs to go smoothly to make this date. Guidance will initially be available for all the duty holders. Further guidance is expected later, eg for different contract types.
