And it is fascinating stuff too. "Bringing out the best in people" by Aubrey c Daniels "The values based safety process" by Terry McSween "Improving safety culture" by Dominic Cooper Should all be available on Amazon, probably as second hand. Apart from that, and to condense all of those philosophies, the most essential role of management in safety is continuing and visible support. Merv
