Can I be cheeky and ask if anyone has any data on typical noise exposure levels that kennel staff may be exposed to?
All I can find on tinternet are results from the US. However, as I understand the animals are kept in very different conditions over there, therefore I cannot use this info.

Are you barking? Get the old Sound Level Meter out. The noise level depend on so many variables it's difficult to predict without carrying out measurements.
