Does anyone have any case studies they could share with me on excavation incidents which have led to prosecution?

I am interested in any case studies which detail the incident and subsequent investigation.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

I would start with the HSE web site, look under construction. There are often reports of prosecutions and I think I saw one regarding trenches giving way.

Further to the HSE suggestion. Search the web site for trench and you get 208 hits including details of cases investigated.
