Posted By Anders Molko Would anyone have an excel format that they use to show there accident statitics? Im trying to think of a professional way to include the following information: a. Number of Fatalities. b. Number of Recordable Cases. c. Number of Lost Workday Cases. d. Number of Cases with Medical Treatment only. e. Number of Injury Related Lost Workdays. f. Total Annual Hours Worked.
