Posted By Mr Dinky Hello, I need to make a presentation and I have been trying to find examples of prosecutions in respect of "white coller" workers, particularly the ICT industry. Does anyone have any examples or can you point me in the right direction?????

Posted By Mr Dinky Yes tried that one, no results at all whilst searching for "IT industry" and when searching for "offices" the results are more related to factories and workshops. However thanks for the suggestion

Posted By J Knight Hi Folks, The HSE prosecutions database will have relatively few prosecutions in the Service sector because this sector is, by and large, Local Authority enforced. There isn't a single database for LA prosecutions, but try this page for reports from 2001 onwards, http://www.hse.gov.uk/lau/hela/publications.htm John
