I am looking to put a matrix together showing the statutory examinations and inspections associated with construction sites. Does anyone have anything similar that they would be willing to share? If so please PM me.

I have sent you a simple a4 sized document I created a while ago.
This may just need updating and checking.
I was going to also add key point on risk assessments.
I have met plenty of site managers whom just want a simple poster to remind them of the little things so my Version 2 is going to be A3 and possibly include more variety i.e. Environmental
