Posted By David Bannister A client has two reservoirs on their site that are used by the works angling club. The fences and warning notices appear to be OK but I am concerned that there are no lifebelts available.
I have searched this forum and HSE website for guidance on whether they should be provided and how many but with no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I have recently posted a similar question for civil cases that I could use as potential leverage for the client. In the end the insurers of said lake agreed that they wanted life belts/buoys installed to NES&W. Try that particular route and see what they say.
Good luck,
CFT
