The company that I work for is expanding into the Republic of Ireland and as a result I need to create a safety statement in compliance with the relevant legislation i.e. the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and also the General Application Regulations 1993. I would very much appreciate sample copies to my e-mail address. In addition I would also appreciate it if any Health and Safety Practitioners in Ireland could get in touch in order for me to discuss similarities with UK legislation. Best wishes ... Stu Burton
