I am putting together a PPE training package for our maintenance engineers.

I have looked at past threads and safety photo etc but have not found anything appropriate.

What i am looking for are pictures of accidents which have occurred due to the person not wearing appropriate PPE.

These engineers are finding it difficult to change there ways after years of i have always did it this way, no problem or as i would put it being very lucky.

They can take the shock as i know them well, i used to be one.

We have disciplinary procedures etc but i think after the training session with a few pictures of the consequences of not wearing the PPE, and relating it to the effects it could have on their life e.g. golf, football, making a wage and cuddling there kids etc that the message will sink in.

Any pictures out there would be very appreciated.
