Posted By Simon1 Dear All, Can anybody help me please? Our organisation has approx 30 users of laptops rather than desk tops computers. We are concerned that using them for prolonged periods of time in the office environment they do not meet with the DSE Regs. We are looking for ideas of what other organisations with similar situations have done to overcome the problems. Thanks for your assistance in-advance. Simo

Posted By Lulu What about getting docking stations that have a height adjustable screen, keyboard and mouse attached. The laptop user comes along plugs his/her laptop into the docking station and bingo they are connected to the ergonimically correct equipment. This will work equally well in home or office.

Posted By Richard Mathews I use a laptop at work too. For prolonged use I have a docking station on my desk that allows the laptop to be used with a normal monitor and keyboard. This is the best option but there are other options, try this site. http://www.ergolifeseating.co.uk/laptop1.htm I have one of these for when I’m away from the office and it works great. Richard
