Posted By lee dolan Hi Iam looking to pursue a career in health and safety. I have completed my iosh managing safely and my nebosh cert. I am interested in joining the iosh membership but not sure if i have the credentials as I do not hold a current health and safety job description in my current employment. At the present time I work for a busy uk shipping port with my current role being a purchasing buyer. I do not hold the current safety rep role within the department i work in but I have a lot of health and safety input with certain h&s issues with also holding the coshh register. I am just wondering whether I qualify to be a member of iosh and what benift will it bring me to pursue my h&s career.
