Posted By Crim I think we, safety professionals, should promote and use the regs in a positive manner and then see how we go on. It's too early to have a view yet. Looking at the statistics relating to fatalities in construction I see there has been a gradual reduction over the past ten years, perhaps we should now look for a continued reduction and prove that CDM actually works?
