has anyone got information on or could point me in the right direction for H&S Australian Legislations and or a OHS Queesland license ?
With a veiw to going to Aus.

Tom,

Have a look at the IOSH International Specialist Group site - there are sets of legislation there. Go to specialist groups on the side of this page, then International, then follow the links.

We have 9 jurisdictions that each have their own OHS Acts and regs (6 states, 2 territories and the Commonwealth)

The best way to locate Aust. acts & regs is through this site:

http://www.austlii.edu.au/

Each regulator has a website. This site will give you a start to some of them, otherwise it's not hard to find the relevant govt. bodies thru Google:

If you haven't already identified the appropriate site in Queensland it is the Queensland Department of Employment & Industrial Relations. This Department is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Workplace Health & safety Act in that State.
