I find the IOSH forums as a great resource for asbestos related information. Has anyone any recommendations for other resources (forums, blogs, websites etc) that contain asbestos related news and information.

Many thanks,
Gary

The HSE website is very good - there is a specific asbestos 'microsite' in the archived campaigns section (lots of free downloads). The asbestos hazards handbook accessible via the London Hazards Centre website is a useful reference document (if a little emotive at times in my opinion). I would concur, too, that ARCA, ACAD and TUC/ILO websites provide fairly comprehensive information. Medical-based info via the British Lung Foundation is useful if you need background on the various diseases and so on.

As with all 'specialist' fields I would, however, recommend you approach an asbestos consultant should the need arise.

Regards
