Could anyone tell me if there any variations to the new cdm 2007 regs in scotland? sorry if it sounds a stupid question. Is the CDM-c role the same?

Health and Safety matters are reserved to Westminster, so the Regs made apply to both England and Scotland equally.

See Reg 3.1.a.
