I am looking for a comprehensive OH assessment matrix which I can use in advising type of periodic medical examination for different categories of workers, e.g welders (Lung function test), Lab technician (Liver function test), LFT drivers (eye test) etc. I have used one in the past but I was wondering if there is anywhere I can get a more detailed matrix or list.
Pls can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find such document on the HSE website or anywhere else? help appreciated.
