Hi all,

I have recently been employed in my first health and safety position after 20 or so years in the the Fire Service and I have been asked to complete a Construction phase H+S Plan for a project in the Republic of Ireland, whilst I'm happy enough doing this under the Northern Ireland CDM regs, this project will need to be carried out with reference to the HSA Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regs 2006. Has anyone an example I could take a look at, (obviously with any confidential information removed),or any advice they could offer.
Thanks in advance

Paul

Paul,

The construction stage safety and health plan is a development of the S&H plan commenced by the project supervisor design stage. Obtain a copy of this and continue on following, the guidance set out in article 16. Article 12 sets out what the design stage plan should include.

You can get the regs and other advice and guidance from the HSA,
