Morning everyone! I looking for some assistance.
I'm trying to locate a form specifically for a risk assessment for hand arm vibration, but web searches have proved fruitless.

The risk assessment forms we use here are not fit for doing a detailed assessment on somehting like HAVS.

Does anyone out there have one they wouldn't mind sharing with me please?

The HSE Vibration Calculator (free on their website) should form the basis for a HAVs Risk Assessment. You may wish to paste on your company specific validation/further action required page to it to give you a "suitable and sufficient" risk assessment.
