I'm looking for help from someone more knowledgeable on the subject of Diesel Fumes in places of work and whether there is any precedent in law on the subject. I've scoured the HSE website and others all to no avail. Any help would be most appreciated. TIA Peter Hart

Rank: Guest		Posted By Adrian Watson Peter, Diesel Fumes come under COSHH 2002, as a hazardous substance, and would also be covered by the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 for ventilation of the workplace and by the Provision and use of work equipment regulations 1998 for the source emitter. Google caches them though ! Have fun. Oh, if you change your diesel fuel to low-sulphur it makes a load of difference....the red fuel is not low sulphur.
