Dear all,

I am currently in the process of reviewing our DSE assessment programme and am considering the use of online tools. I'd be grateful for your views on systems you may currently use, and ideas of how you manage assessment of workstations for staff members that are not networked.

Many thanks in anticipation

Kind regards

Louise

Louise, they can satisfy the training aspect if they are well written and interactive.

If you want to know whether they work, test a couple and act as if you know nothing, and see if you can work through to a correctly set up workstation.

Assessment on non-networked person could be achieved by sending them an interactive disc and asking them to print off their results to you for analysis... or by choosing a system based on the Internet.

Hi Louise,

At my old company we used an online system for a call centre as we had so many people to see and it allowed you to rank the priorities and i found it very helpful if you want any more info, just e-mail me direct and I will tell you who we used.
