Dear all,

I am looking into improving the level of knowledge and skills for those employees who are regularly required to travel and work overseas. I was wondering whether any of you may have a presentation that would help give me a start?

Also can anyone provide information of international travel safety training providers?

Regards,

Ian.

Hi Ian, this is something that I have been involved in for many years at both the Beeb and more recently in the Oil and Gas industry. I specialise in the more hostile areas but obviously do some nice one's aswell (although I can't really remember the last "nice" one). Please do drop me an e-mail and I'll send you some info.

You could also send a more specific request into Sascha Lemon at IOSH who can pass on these types of request for info, to the International Specialist Group of IOSH and she will distribute to which ever Committee member has that particular expertise. I am the committee "Champion" for hostile environments and Africa if that's any help.

Cheers
Rob
