Hi,
I am due to do a presentation to our head of department regarding the need for a maintenance regime and our compliance with PUWER and LOLER Regs.

I am planning on tackling this from three fronts:

Training Needs i.e abrasive wheels etc
Legislation - as above
Gap Analysis - what we do now and what we should be doing.

Has anyone got a presentation or other info that would be useful.

Many Thanks

POC,

Maybe consider options such as:

Planned Preventative Maintenance, cost benefit analysis, controlled environment leading to safer work area for maintenenance crew, planned and can be carried out during slow periods (holidays), controlled parts and inventory levels etc.

Regards,

Dave
