The best way I've found for both standards is to get hold of a copy of the standard and then turn each clause into a question. If the answer to all the questions is yes then your probably well on your way. Don't forget, you don't have to have solved all your problems before the audit but you need to be aware of them, prioritise the order you will address them and have a good solid planing place to show the how, when, who of dealing with them.
