Hello everyone.
Can anyone enlighten me on the new REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of CHemicals) Is this a type of 'Bolt on' element to the COSHH regs or what? And when is this coming into force? Am I panicking to early in thinking that like many of you out there I will be the one who has to oversee IT when IT arrives. Buck passes again, Let me know what you think

Cheers guys.

Ian.

REACH came into force on 1 June! However, there is a very long transitional period in some cases; the most hazardous materials and those used in the largest tonnages will be looked at first.
