I know that we should all be singing from the same hymn sheet, now that we are one big happy European family!! But I have been tasked to implement a H&S policy/s that cover our operations in the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland.
Can someone recommend an online facility that will allow me to research the various pieces of legislation and the how they have been interpreted within these particular countries?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Kevin,
Once you have joined the International Specialist Group you will be able to post questions on the ISG closed forum as well.
Just a little note to say, if you have already done so already, think about how much control (corporate governance) your parent company would want to exert over its operating companys' systems for managing H&S, and the liability this is likely to attract (remember the European Arrest Warrant will apply to member states). This will determine whether your corporate systems will affect operations or merely promote corporate targets set centrally.
