Posted By Tony Broad I know this has been requested before but if any of you have copies of the above your willing to share, or have knowledge of any web sites where I can get freebies of the same, I'd be grateful if you'd get in touch. By the way I do have a copy of "H&S games for trainers" but would prefer something a little less stilted. ta very much.

Posted By Tony Broad Further to my request the H&S Games for Trainers is a hardback book by Graham Roberts-Phelps. Apologies if I have mislead anyone.

Posted By Angela Oakey-Jones Tony, I've used an exercise to good effect at the start of sessions on risk management.
Ask all participants to stand in a line where one end represents "risky" and the other "cautious". You can then question them on how they decided on their position, and whether, by comparison with the rest of the group, they should be standing somewhere else. I've found it helpful to show differences in risk perception. If you have other parameters in mind, I'm sure you could label the ends of the line accordingly and derive some benefit.
I got the idea from training I've received from the Mind Gym where its often used as an ice breaker - I then chose to put the ice breaking with a safety theme.
Hope this helps

Posted By Peter Leese I've found the book to be excellent for ideas in the past. Although I don't use it now.
