We are thinking of introducing a health and safety 'champion' scheme into a multi-discipline business with services as diverse as construction to school catering to chaperoning special needs children to schools etc with more that 1400 employees in more than 10 different industries
Anybody know of a good template / have recent experience

Hi Bob
A have experienced 'health and safety champions' in a manufacturing environment. One challenge to be wary of is that they may take some of the responsibility away from managers, who in my opinion should each have H&S as integral to their role.
I am not a fan of having champions. I believe that each manager should be a champion.
