I have a PTS, I am looking for more specific guide lines to working around the 3rd Rail system
specificaly: Using Kango's around the 3rd Rail.

Sorry I read your message wrongly,
I personaly think that the danger is too high to do Job's that require the use of heavy machinery such as a Kango although I have been assured by people from Network rail that it is allowed.
