Do you know any method of silencing chop saw?
If i silence it with insulation, than risk of overheating will seriously increase, right?
or you know any other comparatively cheap method?
or what do you think about isolating chop saw with wate- which will isolate noise and absorb heat.
Regards

I would operate the machine in a accoustic cupboard. These can be constructed by a good joiner. Or surround the acivity with bales of straw. There are other hazards though

If the noise levels are excessive (which I guess they are) might be worth talking to the manufacturer if they still exist as to how they produce newer, quieter equipment.
I did this once with some milling equipment and got an excellent and very useful response
