Hello all,
I am trying to get some statistics together. I have searched in Internet, and not really found anything useful.
Im trying to find some data regarding the number of people/companies that have been prosecuted under the CDM regs, since they first came about.
If anyone can point me to a website that would be a great help.

Further to Peter's advice, if you undertake an 'advanced' search under BREACHES (opposed to CASES), you can then search under the appropriate Regulations. It works quite well but can be heavy going.

To make matters worse, the drop down menu contains to CDM's - without reference to the date. It's the second one you want - 1994 regs - I doubt there are any for the 2007 regs.
You have to take into account that HSE only holds this data for 7 years or so , so it won't be all the prosecutions under CDM - only as far back as 1999.
