Posted By Darrel I have my part 1&2 City&guilds and my 16th edition i have been in the trade for a long time 10-15 years but just pass my exams 16th edition am i a electrician or what?can i sigh a certificate,what can i do. i work along side some guy that says he is jib approved and i am doing the same thing as he is doing whats the difference. Am i a Electrician yes/no and if so what else do i need:part-p,nvq,test&inspection Please and what is niceci registered and why do i need it if i am self employed.
