Afternoon All

Looking for advice on frequency of maintenance for modern residential block (six floors. Don't want to be ripped off!

Fire safety equipment include:
Fire alarm system
Emergency lighting
Fire extinguishers
Smoke vent system
Dry risers

Your welcome to quote the relevant BS recommendations.

Thanks for the replys.

I was really looking for a link or whatever to a quick summary of the maintenance frequencies set out in the British Standards. The DLG guides don't go into anough detail. Just being lazy I suppose.

I've found the relevant BS docs and am in process of looking through them now.
