Currently working towards 18001, after gap analysis on current management system. Company operating under 9001/2000 at present and looking to integrate the two systems.
Revamping all documentation, especially risk assessment and method statement forms, does anyone have any past experience on achieving an integrated system with the two standards and any pro-forma documentation examples which has stood the test of an audit by an external body (BSI),especially RAs.
Any help/pointers would be much appreciated,as it seems a long way off at present.
Kinds Regards

IOSH has issued some guidance notes on putting together a H&S management system & on integrating management systems which you may find interesting.
http://www.iosh.co.uk/in...fm?go=technical.guidance
although they don't contain a lot of detail themselves there is a fairly extensive reference list for each guidance note which you may find useful.
As far as the risk assessment goes in my experience it an auditor will be wanting the assessment to be suitable & sufficient, communicated & updated/reviewed - if you have a procedure for risk assessment then it would need to be in a format that corresponded with that procedure but further than that there is no specific 'layout' that they would be looking for.
If you haven't already I would strongly recommend getting hold of 18002 which are the accompanying guidance notes for 18001 and provide more detail as to the sorts of things an auditor would be expecting to see.
Good luck
