Posted By Darren J Fraser Hi Scott Have you considered either taking a couple of photo's of your working environment, with either setup hazards or everyday things and using that, or alternatively taking the new employee/s into the working environment and asking them to identify anything 'live'. You may find either of these approaches more beneficial than using a generic format.
