Posted By J. Michael Baron Anyone know the legislation for child-resistant replaceable caps?
I am particularly interested for a fluid which is classified as Harmful.
My own understanding is that it is only required to comply with the relevant British Standard if it is Toxic, Very Toxic, Corrosive or has the R65 risk phrase (CHIP3).
Anyone got any better information?
Thanks

Posted By J. Michael Baron Hi Simon
Thanks for the info.
This was for supply and now I have managed to get my hands on the MSDS I have realised the requirement is triggered by a risk phrase.
Many thanks
