Does anyone out there have a Risk Assessment form for Surveyors to use on domestic premises?
Client has requested RAMS for replacement window surveys.

Historically only needed RAMS for removal & fitting.

I may have misunderstood your request but, surely a standard RA form would suffice. Why would you need something different?

Hi Ray, thank you for responding. Client is a Local Authority & wants activity specific RA for surveying window replacement. Issues are obviously 'dodgy' tenants, discarded sharps, vicious dogs, damaged glazing etc etc. I just hoped to avoid designing RA from scratch or re-designing RA for installers.

Regards

chris
