No really sure what you asking? Hence why there may be a lack of responses.
The Health, Safety and Welfare Regs cover provisions for toilet and general welfare facilities.

Posted By barry dodson Yes, I know that The Health, Safety and Welfare Regs cover these points ,but my employer is not really complying with them ie 1 wc 1 urinal for 40 men. Admittley we are all only in the yard in the morning then we come in at different times of the day, its the same for the rest room. I have spoken to him and quoted the regs but all I get back is that if they do not like it they can leave. barry

Posted By J Knight Hi Barry,
Do you have a union? They might be prepared to help. Otherwise you could risk informing HSE anonymously; even though they are very unlikely to prosecute over defective welfare provision they might well issue a notice. You do risk your employer finding out it was you, but anybody is entitled to contact them about H&S issues,
John

Posted By Raymond Rapp A transient workforce is often a problem with welfare facilities. Excellent advice above. However, I would have thought a compromise might be a worthwhile avenue, perhaps some portaloos and cabins, which would not be too expensive.
