Hi

I was wondering if anyone has developed, or knows of, a good form for recording an Evacuation Drill?

I am looking for a form that will cover allow us to record drills carried out nationwide in a consistent manner.

Any help would be appreciated

Regards

Just a note, we were advised (and now do) to record not only when and where the drill was but also all the names of the people who attended the drill as a sort of record of training. You could and should then be able to plan your drills for when specific people who have not attended one that year are in the office, instead of regularly missing the same people coz they dont work on fridays for example.

But to answer your question we record ours in individuals training records, and also a record or the actual drills too in a simple form / sheet

The easiest way would be a nominal roll of everyone in the company. Make it in to a table, four coloumns, name, date, in, out. The title being Fire Drill and location. This can be kept in your fire folder and scanned also and kept on a memory stick.

Hope this is useful.
