Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could direct me to some good case law or recent cases relating to PUWER.

I'm looking mainly in the engineering sector and things like deburring, CNC Lathes/Milling machines, Maintenance accidents, etc.

Anything like that would be a great help. I have asked the HSE for feedback regarding deburring processes on lathes (CNC & Conventional) but have not had any feedback as of yet.

Cheers, Gav
