Can anyone give me an update as to the classification of Boron. It would appear that the European Chemicals Bureau website is out of action.

Specifically Boric acid or boric acid containing preparations currently do not require any labelling, however as I understand it it is likely that under EU proposals it is to be classified as a Category 2 Reproductive Toxin, R60.

I was wondering if anyone had any further information on the progress of the classification and the % content of any preparations that would fall under this classification and therefore labelling requirement.

Says boric acid is Repr cat 2 R60, 61.
