Hi everyone
has anyone any involvement with installing solar panels, i have a plumber that is starting to install them but i am concerned on how he plans to do the job, any advice?
working at a height is a problem,
also chance of severe burn i think,
how are these panels suppose to be fitted?
i will be missing for the next few days so might not reply for a while

Ask him for his method statement and risk assessment. If he doesn't know what you are looking for, get another contractor!
If he is competent, he should be able to furnish the method statement. If you are the Client under CDM, you have a duty to engage competent contractors.
