I need to find out rapidly if the HSC's Working Group on Action to Control
Chemicals (WATCH) is still active, and if it will be phased out / changing?

The WATCH page on the HSE site (http://www.hse.gov.uk/aboutus/hsc/iacs/acts/watch/index.htm) was last updated on 30 July, which suggests that it is still active.
