Dear All,

I work for a construction company and I am currently in the process of developing a daily site specific risk assessment that is inteded to be completed by our Site Supervisors on a daily basis.

I was wondering if anyone has an example of a daily site specific risk assessment that they could forward on to me to assist me in developing my own document?

Your assistance with this is greatly apprecatied.

Thank you

Claire

Perhaps a weekly site inspection checklist would be more appropriate?
There is one at the back of HSE publication HSG150 "Health and Safety in Construction"
